I designed a custom publication for Fortes Guimarães, a Real Estate company based in the state of São Paulo, as part of an initiative to enhance client loyalty. The magazine features editorial content perfectly aligned with the company’s audience, presenting exclusive articles in each issue. Highlights include cover stories with notable figures like Jamie Oliver and Washington Olivetto, as well as sections on architecture, art, business, gastronomy, sports, and real estate opportunities such as buying, selling, and renting properties listed by the agency. As the Art Director, I oversaw the entire design project, curated imagery, and illustrated and designed the articles.
